Does anyone have any experience with this company ?  I am debating whether to stick with them or not, you be the judge:

1.  I order Hasegawa 1/48 Aircraft weapons sets A & C online, and pay via credit card.
2.  Gosford emails  me telling me one set not in stock and one set in stock.
3.  Email to Gosford asking for refund on out of stock item and  would they ship the in stock item.
4.  After a week, I ring Gosford Hobbies and speak to a staff member who tells me he will pass on my request to (Glenn)
5.  I get an email from Gosford saying the requested item will be shipped.
6.  I get a full refund on my credit card.
7.  A week later I email Gosford again (at this point, I'm really not expecting any kit, as he's refunded my money and I dont know of any business that send free kits.  I let Gosford know how disappointed I am in the whole transaction.
8.  I get quite a vitriolic reply stating that I must be perfect myself and never made a mistake in my life (sheesh, and this guy is in retail )  He wishes me luck in getting my "bits of plastic" elsewhere 
9.  I've replied, stating that I wanted to buy from an Australian business but after his reply, I will just shop overseas, as they seem to give a damn about customer satisfaction, unlike this bloke.

At the end of the day, I'm not out of pocket, its not like I got ripped off, but I didnt get my kits either .
